I was 72kg before the 12 week challenge. I was Unhappy and my energy levels were a 2/10. I was always lethargic, constantly bloated and would get bad period pain and would always get cold sores. My upper body strength was really lacking and I needed to do something about it. After the 12 week challenge I was down to 63kgs! I lost 9kgs and 17cm around waist. I was happy, more confident and had so much energy. I felt full of life! I have a lot more Muscle definition in whole body especially arms. Now I can do 30+ push-ups on my toes non stop! I NEVER get period pain and haven't had a cold sore now for 18 months. I Feel so fit and my energy levels 10/10! and also made some awesome friends too! I always say... "The feeling of 'confident' TOTALLY out weights the feeling of putting bad food in your mouth" Such a life change.. I Have kept off the weight for over a year now and still eat clean 80% of the time. VERY VERY HAPPY!

Before I started training with Dale I didn't know what a healthy lifestyle was. I was afraid of exercise and was addicted to processed foods. Before joining WTS I had no idea how to eat properly or exercise . I have learnt so much and will be forever grateful for the knowledge I have been given by my amazing trainers at WTS, who are also continually supporting me through my journey . I feel energetic and happy in my own body. I'm so motivated by my trainers to be healthier and better every day. Thank you for your support and encouragement!
This isn't just your ordinary gym. You know the gym's where you turn up (when you can be bothered) run on a treadmill or use a x-trainer for half an hour before doing a non descript and not very interesting class

Its not one of those gyms where they don't know your name, or your personal story, and where you end up just paying fees while your attendance rate slowly diminishes. This is that gym. The one you hoped you'd find. Where everybody knows your name, and encourages you on your journey. Its a place that teaches you how to make the lifestyle changes you've been needing to. That encourages you, that supports and motivates you to get fit, to get stronger & to stay fit & to love working out. This is that gym!

I’m a wife & working mum of 3 children under 5yrs and in January 2014 made the decision to lose the baby weight and get back into shape! To date I have lost 15kg and gained more tone & muscle definition that I ever thought possible. It hasn’t just been a body transformation it’s become a lifestyle change and I couldn’t be happier for it! My day to day eating has improved dramatically & not only supports my training but has increased my energy levels giving me the stamina to keep up with the kids & running around of the crazy family life that it is! I feel so lucky to have the amazing guidance and support of the trainers & have complete trust in each of them which has contributed to my results. I never imagined that making a commitment to ‘me’ would make such a difference to my confidence, attitude and strength & has given me back the person I’m now proud of. Life is busy, but this has absolutely been the best commitment I have made. Not only a healthy, active role model for my family but I simply wake up every day smiling & feeling amazing.

It had been 3 1/2 years since having my daughter and I was sick and tired of not being satisfied with my body. Although I was entirely grateful for genetics and luckily didn’t put on any weight throughout my pregnancy I all of a sudden had these problem areas that I had never had before, my stomach being the main one. After about 2 years of “working out” and “dieting” I joined Women’s Transformation Studio.. Within weeks I saw my body change and develop muscle and shape. My stomach started to resemble some ab muscle which I hadn’t seen in years.. My legs which were once wobbly have become strong and firm.. and my ass I have never been more proud of. My confidence has sky rocketed, I have become more educated about nutrition and I don’t ever want to feel dissatisfied within myself again. You only get one body to live your life in..take care of it. Before I used the term “working out” because I now know I was never really working out. I realized that after my first session at Women’s Transformation Studio. I was one of those people that thought I could push and motivate myself at the gym. I was wrong. Every single trainer at Women’s Transformation Studio is incredible. I have never left the gym not feeling like I’ve accomplished something. They push you when you think you cannot go further, they remind you of why you are there, they make the gym feel like a second home and most importantly they always make me laugh. Exercise used to be something I would dread..those days are over now I’ve found my second home <3

Before I started at women's transformation studio I was always tired! Im a mum of three children and I am busy with work however I was unable to put my tiredness down to just being busy. It was that truly deep tired where my body was just struggling and I was trying to live on coffee alone most days. I was always scared of going to the gym and would find a treadmill for a walk and leave! Now I am over 15kgs lighter and stronger than I have ever been. My husband told me he thinks he has never seen me with muscles and looking fit! I now feed my body clean whole foods and don't skip meals. I no longer feel tired, I feel more confident. I don't feel weak, I feel strong!! The results have been amazing and in such a short time. I have even purchased a bikini for a holiday! This is something I have not done for over 8 years!!!
