Savory Breakfast Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 stalks celery
1 1/2 oz fresh spinach
1 tomato (about 5 oz), cored
1/2 lemon, peeled (seeded, if desired), plus lemon wedges for garnish
Ice, if desired
INSTRUCTIONS:
Juice produce in the following order: celery, spinach, tomato and lemon. Stir well. If desired, serve over ice and garnish glass with lemon wedge.
