- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 orange, peeled
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1½ cups frozen pineapple
- 2 tsp chia seeds, optional
- Place everything in a blender in the order listed, starting with the liquid and ending with the frozen fruit and chia seeds (if using).
- Blend until smooth and transfer into two tall glasses.
