Ingredients:
1 Cup – Strong Brewed Coffee
1 – Banana
1/4 Cup – Rolled Oats
1 Tablespoon – Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon – Flaxseed Meal
1/8 Teaspoon – Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup – Milk
1 Teaspoon – Honey
Directions:
Remove the white skin of ice apple and chop them into small pieces.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Add some ice cubes and serve chilled.
