Breakfast Salad
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 green apple, sliced
4 strawberries, sliced
3/4 banana, sliced
1 orange, peeled and separated
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon peanut butter
2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Plate spinach and arrange with fruit. The prettier the better. Then sprinkle the entire salad with lemon juice and chia seeds. Place peanut butter in the corner for dipping. Marvelous
