Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
• 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
• 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (increase to 1/2 teaspoon if using peaches)
1. Measure oats into blender. Blend until ground into a fine powder. Add frozen fruit, milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
Tips, Tricks, & Variations
You may use whole milk, 2%, skim milk, almond milk, or your favorite type of milk. You can experiment with substituting different kinds of fruit.
